Dr Christian Rowan has successfully been re-elected with an increased margin for a fourth term as the LNP State Member for Moggill.
Dr Rowan said this result is a strong endorsement of his advocacy, work, support, and engagement with local residents, community groups, schools, and various sporting organisations.
“The Liberal National Party articulated a clear vision and plan for the electorate of Moggill, and Queensland, which has been overwhelmingly endorsed.
“The LNP will restore community safety, fix our hospital and ambulance crisis, ease cost of living pressures, improve housing affordability, and deliver the government services and additional local infrastructure needed in the electorate of Moggill, and across Queensland.
“Through this campaign, the LNP also outlined local infrastructure plans to support our community, improve road, public, and active transport, and provide additional support for various local environmental, community, and sporting organisations” Dr Rowan said.
“As the Electoral Commission of Queensland finalises the official count, it is clear that there has been a swing against both Labor and the Greens, in the electorate of Moggill.
“Both Labor and the Greens had nothing to campaign on, with local residents rejecting their campaign of fear, personal denigration, and smear.
“Local residents and Queenslanders have decisively voted for the LNP, and Fresh Start for Queensland.” Dr Rowan said
