Appointment to Parliamentary Committee
The Member for Moggill, Dr Christian Rowan MP, has been appointed to the Health and Ambulance Services Committee of the Queensland Legislative Assembly
This Committee is responsible for scrutinising legislation and bills within the portfolio of Health.
“As a medical practitioner, I welcome my appointment to this role and look forward to being able to rigorously assess legislation which will come before the Committee”,Dr Rowan said.
“As one of only three LNP members on the committee, I know how important it will be to keep the Palaszczuk Government accountable.”
“I will endeavour to make sure that the views of all Queenslanders are taken into account”.
