Road and Public Transport Infrastructure Plan for Moggill
Today, Dr Christian Rowan MP, the State Member for Moggill, called on the
Palaszczuk Government to invest in a number of public transport and road
infrastructure needs for the electorate of Moggill.
“For too long the public transport and road infrastructure needs of the
electorate of Moggill have been neglected.” Dr Rowan said.
” Throughout the recent election campaign there was local bipartisan
support for the development and implementation of a co- ordinated and integrated
road and public transport infrastructure plan to address the issue of
traffic congestion on Moggill Road. ”
” The residents of the Moggill electorate urgently need a strategic and
operational commitment by the Palaszczuk Government to direct the relevant
departmental planners to develop practical solutions. Paramount to this is
adequate community consultation and a commitment to work with local
community leaders and elected representatives. “ Dr Rowan said.
