
Today, Dr Christian Rowan MP, the State Member for Moggill, treated seniors of his
electorate to a special morning tea that included an address by The Hon. Tracy
Davis MP, the Shadow Minister for Communities, Child Safety and Disability
Services, as well as performances by the Moggill Singers and Margaret Smith
from the local Drama Queens. There was also a talk on gardening by Jan Flanigan of ” Coucals ” of Mount Crosby.
Dr Rowan said he wanted to meet and thank the seniors in his electorate of Moggill
for the contribution they make not only to their families but also the local community.
“It was a special morning, and many of our local seniors had a most enjoyable time,” Dr
Christian Rowan said.
“I very much look forward to hosting a Seniors Morning Tea again next year.”
