Today, the State Member for Moggill, Dr Christian Rowan MP, said that a future LNP Government would work towards getting Queensland’s finances back on track in order to build a more secure future for all residents in the electorate of Moggill.
“We will work towards lowering cost of living pressures to help Moggill families.”
“Under a future LNP Government, family car registrations would be frozen for three years from 1 July 2018”, said Dr Rowan.
“Labor uses electricity, motor vehicle registrations and water charges as taxes by stealth and it is hurting hard-working families and adversely impacting small businesses and jobs,” he said.
“The LNPs plan will create jobs, support small business, provide for an investment in health and education to raise living standards and we will provide better services and contain cost of living pressures for families and retirees” said Dr Rowan.
Dr Rowan said “Our Get Queensland Working plan will create up to 20,000 jobs for young Queenslanders, promote training and apprenticeships and encourage businesses to train and retain young Queenslanders. The LNP has a plan to support training and tackle the youth unemployment crisis.”
Together, we can Build a Better Queensland by:
- Creating jobs and better managing our finances
- Supporting stronger families
- Creating safe and liveable communities
- Providing more infrastructure and delivering better government not more government
