State Member for Moggill, Dr Christian Rowan MP, is encouraging local not-for-profit organisations to apply for the latest round of the Gambling Community Benefit Fund, with up to $35,000 in state government funding available.
The Gambling Community Benefit Fund is Queensland’s largest one-off community grants program, with organisations able to apply for funding to support a range of projects, including:
- Upgrading and renovating community facilities
- Installing solar systems and shade sails
- Buying equipment and delivering training
- Holding community events
Applications for Round 125 will close at midnight on 31 October 2025.
Dr Rowan said the program has become a valued source of support for local community and not-for-profit groups.
“These organisations are at the heart of our community, and Gambling Community Benefit Fund Grants often go a long way in helping them deliver services and activities that matter to local residents,” Dr Rowan said.
“The Crisafulli Government is proud to back our community, and I encourage all eligible groups to apply for this funding.”
