Transurban Queensland has partnered with Kidsafe Queensland to offer families free car seat fittings and safety checks in Brisbane and Logan. It is about helping Queenslanders get safely back on the road after COVID-19 restrictions ease.
Nearly 50% of child car seats are installed incorrectly, according to our road safety partner NeuRA. This is why we are delighted to have partnered with Kidsafe Queensland, the experts in child safety, to offer 12-months of free car seat fittings and safety checks.
A professionally fitted car seat provides peace-of-mind and removes some of the stress when you’re preparing to bring your new baby home or installing a new car seat as your child grows.
It also saves families $45 for each car seat fitted – a helping hand for thousands of people in Brisbane and Logan who are doing it tough as a result of COVID-19.
Free fittings are available at the Logan Hospital, Mater South Brisbane and Kidsafe House in Windsor.
